What you need to know

At the heart of JCH Media is a bunch of talented individuals doing what they do best – kicking ass and delivering award-winning solutions (well, we think so!).

Our reward is our clients loving what we deliver for them – we don’t settle for average, we look for the ledge and hang just over it. We get sh#t done, have fun doing it and are proud of what we design, build and deliver.

What we are looking for

We’re seeking an O365 expert to deliver in-house and on-premises training on the use of SharePoint Online (O365), Teams and Power Apps to site owners, power users and intranet teams, demonstrating the basics of content management through to more complex levels of customising how SharePoint looks, enterprise content management, governance, user management and permissions, team sites and community sites, PowerApps…

As our lead trainer, you will be responsible for sourcing, developing and maintaining training materials, delivered through one-on-one and group training sessions and courses. You should have at least 3 years of experience working with SharePoint, and extensive knowledge of SharePoint 2013, 2016 and SharePoint Online. Training sessions will need to be personalised to the needs of the organisation and the skill level of attendees. It is estimated that you will deliver training sessions 2-3 days each week on average, with the remainder of your time spent in planning, the evolution of training materials and take-aways, and your continued professional development. As our training program develops, this may extend to include longer courses of up to 5 days duration.

About you

The best candidate for this role will be personable, patient with ‘non-techie’ users, clearly spoken, well presented and genuinely interested in helping people learn. You will be representing JCH Media to existing and prospective clients across a wide range of industries, so you must have the right attitude and approach in line with our company values, with rock-solid knowledge of SharePoint and how it integrates with Office 365 services and applications.

You will be familiarised with our suite of SharePoint apps and proprietary integrations to enable you to introduce these during training when appropriate. You may have Microsoft certifications from a technical background or training qualifications from an educator background, but the most important quality you will possess is drive; to never stop learning, to grow our business, and to help others achieve.

What you might like about this role

This is a great opportunity for the right person who wishes to be part of a growing company where you are appreciated and rewarded for your efforts. You will be supported and encouraged to learn and challenge yourself so that you can be your best and did I mention we pay well too.

  • Great Salary
  • Autonomy and the ability to influence and make decisions
  • Flexible work arrangement – work from home, work from the office, work from wherever you get the best result
  • A company that supports and encourages a healthy work-life balance
  • Awesome team, awesome culture, awesome clients
  • Birthday day off
  • Rewards program
  • A company that fosters and encourages personal development
